I told you: all the sources you can cite are no older than 7th edition (and in fact, the oldest you posted was 8th edition) when the custodes first got a codex, the release of which which was less than 10 years ago. One decade is 10 years, so to be "decades" old, your example would need to be 20 years or more old.
You chose the goalpost, then utterly failed to get close to it. I didn't have to do anything.
