As for the tapes, I guess it depends how much you like Rumble and how much you have "must complete the set, must display them all" autism. The birds and the bat are definitely gonna be mostly static. Birds wings and head move a bit, sure, but thats about it. Rumble/Frenzy are closer to actual figures, considering they have what I would call "pretty good articulation for something so tiny".
