The kranvagn and other wot tanks might get very expensive 1/35 resin kits by that one company that does those.
Some tiny 1/72 resin makers will make even less popular ones like the AT-8 or PT-91 but those go out of production real quick and your options are gigalimited.
If you want paper sekrit document tanks (especially western ones) that don't feature in world of tanks you are basically fucked. I've wanted the M1 AGDS and a 1/72 MBT-70 for ages now but my only option is Cromwell who basically never actually fulfils orders. Ironically, the MBT-70 isn't even a paper tank, it's relatively well known.
Plus, some of the biggest resin makers are Russian and they're basically not an option now.
Tl;dr: you buy resin and you don't get to choose the subject.
