Back before we had magical black squares in out pocket that did anything you had to record videos with a separate appliance.
Zoom Out is a reasonable approximation of one. Maybe a bit newer than any I handled given how thin he is.
He's got button details for playing, going back and forth through video and menu stuff.
The screen is on a hinge and swivel, true to life, and has a big sticker on the screen to show us that Zoom Out was looking at Cybertron Override.
The viewfinder in the back is clear and you can actually see all the way through him
