Build Cyclone is a brick of crane truck. A really solid brick. He's easily equal mass to a voyager. That's the first thing I noticed picking him up.
The second thing is that a lot of the fun of being a crane is drained out of this toy. The wheels roll and the boom goes up and down. That's it.
You can get the crane to swivel if you pull the cab assembly out of its peg partway.
There is zero extending the boom. And the hook is solidly molded, so you don't even get dangle action.
Other things I noticed are he is actually two slightly different shades of red, the camera does a better job picking it up than your naked eye might. As well as Cyclone has little support jacks that flip out under his bumper like a real crane might.
