it depends on what you define full inner frame.

some idiots will say Tallgeese has a full inner frame when its just basically a 1/100 FM with an embarrasing inner frame.

for me, the MGs with good inner frame are:
Zaku II ver2
Gouf ver2
RX-78-2 ver.2
Gelgoog ver2
Nu Gundam and Hi Nu Gundam ver Ka.
Hyaku Shiki ver2 (well considering half of MS is exposed inner frame)
Virtue Gundam
Geara Doga
Ball ver Ka
