Kmart near my office is closing and they've been gradually marking their inventory further and further down. Have picked up a good amount of stuff already, and went in today planning to grab some small Lego sets for close to free after using my reward points.
Got my sets and was doing a quick check of the Nerf aisle and there it was; one beat up Regulator box. Store has been doing its close-out sale for nearly two months now, so I don't know where they pulled it from or why it was at a Kmart that's closing, and the blaster had some scratches from being manhandled (dang open window box), but it was 45% off and I couldn't resist.
Put the Lego back and used my reward points to bring the Regulator down to $24 out the door.
