Look around. There's no OC any more; no questionnaire threads, no "do this pose" threads, no SCIENCE threads, no ABC threads, no balance threads, no 'picture in picture' (gif related) threads, no threads where anyone has to actually put in any effort any more. The only "OC" threads we have are the photo generals and even those have slowed to a snail's pace, and even those are just people posting pics they take for their normie social media accounts. There's no silly just for the sake of /toy/. There's no 'snap a quick pic and post solely for this thread'
Kind of sucks, i've been here through it all. I've seen /toy/ at its best and at its worst (now). This is the only toy community I frequent, and there is no fucking way i'm going on reddit, even though it'd probably be way better than the current board we have now. I don't forsee a change because, like I said, everyone's concerned about the "me" now. Nobody will change because nobody thinks the community will change. Because "we're all autistic manchildren". Because "where do you think we are". But what they don't fail to realize is that even one poster changing their shitposting ways will help make the community a bit better.
