Arguably, the legion of the damned is an elites choice for the ultramarines or "yourdudes" chapters, and wouldn't be included in the troops squad choices the same way I didn't include, say, howling banshees or even basic generic space marine terminators.
Having said that, they're an awesome chapter, and maybe I should have included them in the "debatable" section along with the OGs, my dudes the crimson fists.
