For the Big Bang Pegasus/Cosmic Pegasus, the pic is technically correct as that is Hasbro's first release of it where the multi-layer 4D wheel got a new mold of just a regular single part metal wheel and no 4D bottom, but later down the line, Hasbro did make 'Hyperblades' version that is basically the same as the Takara one.
But basically Hasbro sometimes changes the molds of the Japanese parts, sometimes for better or for worse. The really huge changes are the 4D Deyblades and all of their Burst releases (Hasbro and TT Layers and Drivers are no longer compatible with each other because Hasbro altered the molds of the Layer "teeth" that hook onto the Driver).
