The problem is bandai took too many new gen shonen licenses in advance in the hopes that sales would pick up after the anime came out. I can't say they aren't popular at all but at least we can search for anime openings, trailers and hyped moments on YT. There are always millions or even tens of millions of views. I don't see this from Undead Unluck and Elusive Samurai. All I see is low view count and cheap figures left. Dandadan, Sakamoto days and Kaijuu 8 worked. Kaiju line somehow last too long with consistent engineering issues for humans without biggest hype for anime. Mashle figs were good, even thought to buy them at some point but manga was the middest. Catchy OPs have big millions of views, but trailers and moments don't. Line also closed and they're cheap. Spy x Family still popular and line was interesting until they made bunch of Anya clones and other kids nobody bought (Bandai fault?). Jigokuraku s1 was hyped well at first, Gabimaru and Yuziriha SHFs were good, Sagiri suffered from Bleach knees. And again anime lost interest quick.
There is already nendoroid of Kagurabachi guy without anime yet. Pretty rare to see something like this. Some predict it for next thing in SJ. Who know which company got licence first. Chihiro good figure material but his coat is a matter of preference. Revoltech style like Gambit coat, maybe clothed wired from figma or soft plastic like Aoshi from Kenshin
