I'm sure expensive shit like that needs to be ordered well ahead of time too, so when HLJ makes their orders and someone backs out after the fact it's understandable that they'd be a bit miffed. Shitty little clear files and candy toys are one thing, but stop preordering expensive shit if you don't intend to pay for it.
