>>8409535As for quality, the prepainted parts look fine. There's an alternate yelling face that unfortunately comes unpainted. Did not like where the gates were placed on some of the parts on the runner (especially for his neck) and accidentally cut off a little more plastic than necessary because of it. Some parts felt hard to snap together cleanly. I've really only built gunpla until now, and those kits definitely gave slightly better building experiences.
As you can see in this pic and the previous pic, the Plaiobot does not have all of the color separation the Riobot has. This might actually be intention rather than laziness, as the more uniform color palate sort of brings the Plaiobot closer to the anime design. Some pieces that were separate on the Riobot have been fused together for the Plaiobot. No eye articulation on the torso-face like the Riobot has. Articulation feels a little limited and the joints are a little stiff (which is good for holding poses) but my perception could be colored by all the figuarts I've been playing with recently.
Besides the inner teeth, I would recommend painting/markering in all of the silver circles since there's molded detail in them that the stickers cover up.
