Also the "comic head"/"detailed body" and windswept "off to the side" cape he brought up were things that typically don't happen with every Mcfarlane. There are definitely other windswept "off to the side" capes like Eradicator but on maybe 10 DCMV figures total so far. Most are straight down with some ruffles and movement but not enough to be considered as pre-posed as Gladiator Batman's
The ankle ratchets and bad looking elbows it has are usual issues though. I certainly wouldn't rate the figure a 9.5 on those issues alone, but it is good for a Mcfarlane. They need to do more thigh cuts where hiding them is possible and even boot swivels when they can be hidden as well which would help supplement for posing the bad ankles.
