>>9229936>I honestly like the plain jumpsuit look for the movies. They're just really suped up exterminators. If they go overboard with designs it'd make it seem like they were trying to be super heroes instead of shlubby shmucks busting spooksThe thing about the plain jumpsuits that irks me however is exactly that though. They're not memorable, and personally, I think every new GB team should have an identity of it's own beyond just inheriting the same old paper bag colored smocks. Plus, bringing color and other design flares to the suits is a great way of making them more translatable to toys. I wouldnt push the suits into a capeshit direction, instead I'd push for the suits to be more tailored towards movement and protection. EGB did this best, as they had the teens kind of modify their suits or atleast outfit them to look even more casual among everyday city goers while also allowing for easier movement. The colors just work to make them stand out better.
> I do like the idea of a goofy friendly Terror dog hanging out and carrying stuff for them. Not sure how they'd explain that though. Neutralize Gozer/Shandor, it now has no master, so the kids become its master? Yes this was my idea verbatim, as soon as I saw your earlier post I sat down and drew some rough concepts for a utility terror dog. Since he'd be so radically different from slimer anyways, I like to think that he'd function like a kind of stoic chewbacca. Maybe Egon's granddaughter inherited some of Gozer's abilties after defeating gozer aswell? Thus explaining why the bipdeal terror dog was so loyal to begin with.
