NewAge themselves were the ones who have set the bar so high for legends scale figures in recent years. When they fail to reach that bar but continue to charge higher and higher prices for their figures, then customers should have every right to call them out on it, without having disingenuous fanboys like you coming along and handwaving their perfectly legitimate criticisms just because it's small.
