As someone who just did about a solid week of non-stop masking of all possible kinds I'd say you have 2 options:
>rethink your paint plan so you can first paint the whole area, then mask everything except the panties and just paint them, that masking should be easy or
>take a good sharp hobby knife, put masking tape on panties, run your finger over it to make borders visible and then cut around them so that only the raised area is covered with tape, requires steady handThe reason I am not suggesting masking solution is because of how tiny the area you are trying to mask is, surface tension is not going to be your friend.
