Skull becomes a gun gauntlet. Guntlet. Ribcage can have a 5mm peg inside and become a big shield, so can the pelvis. Ribs turn upside down to form the abdomen, pelvis becomes chest and head. Combine an arm and the spine sword at the scapula and you get a scythe. Maybe the arms can also fold up and become guns in the spirit of the Megatron pipe gun thing that came with Siege Soundwave. Feet have a big pointy bone that act as a heel or toe, they could become like mattocks or axes.
