I prefer the proportions, stylization, and gimmick(s) and alt mode of LG Hot Rod over the accuracy and posability of SS Hot Rod any day of the week, especially when I already own the MP to check those boxes. Plus, he works better with bonerizers.

I don't usually care for accuracy, but making him red over burgundy/magenta is pretty low-test and I hate that Hasbro is so consistent with it. I'd wait for a repaint, but the SS line doesn't seem to get much in the way of repaints.
