Due to the board being so slow, new thread gets made when we're on page 5 or 6 (otherwise we'd go with bump limit, like faster boards do with their generals.) Report and hide spam/low-quality posts, move on to new threads only when appropriate, instead of spastically making or joining early, low-quality, pastebinless threads and making the general and entire board actively worse.
