Pic related was announced like barely a month after this form was introduced in the manga. CSM got a shitton of merch even before the anime was announced.
Toei/Bandai just doesn't give a shit and honeslty SHOULDN'T give a single fuck about the failed product that is the manga. The fact that DB super hero COMPLETELY FUCKING IGNORES ANY EVENT FROM THE SHITNGA should tell you enough information about the future of its merchandise (which is close to non-fucking existent)
