>>11262725If you mean the wheels in his hips they are on hinges to allow them to swing up to allow his legs to move out to the side. There are tabs on the back of bumper (green circle) that lock them in place for vehicle mode but you have to put the wheels up slightly if you want them unlocked with the bumper flush in bot mode.
