Just rewatched Andor again and once again wishing it got better representation in TVC figures. I was meh on the first three episode arc and then Aldahni arc was only okay, but everything after that is just SO DAMNED GOOD. Wish they would do a figure multipack for it like they did for R1 and Solo even if it was 5poa.
And the figures they DID give us? Vel? Vel was obnoxious, how do we get a TVC Vel but not a TVC Luthen? Then we get Cassian but in a coat? Who cares! Would've rather had Kino Loy. They could do an easy multipack reusing entire bodies just by giving us a pair of Narkina 5 guards and three prisoners in the white jumpsuits. Will admit Aldahni garrison guard disguise Cass is pretty cool, I picked up a pair.
But again, seriously, why Vel for a figure? They picked her over Dedra Meero, even--they could reuse most of the sculpt they had for Juno Ecclipse from back in the day.
Other standouts that I would buy a figure for are Brasso for sure, a Syril in corporate armor or a Corporate Cop figure would be cool. The only other similar "independent" forces I can think of that have figures in SW are Cloud City troopers.
That was my unhinged rant for today after rewatching Andor, no I don't actually have hope of getting any figures from it, we never even got a Herzog figure from Mando or a Blurrg or anything. Just missing the old days when SW franchise was infamous for being big enough to have figures for all the side and background characters so you could actually populate huge dioramas.
