Got my Sasuke today. Left leg was off in the box. Has to take the figure apart to pop it back on. The right arm squeaks at the elbow joint. The sword hand has the plastic fused at the bottom so you can barely get the sword in and can't put it in reverse like on the box.
Need to look at some Youtube reviews of the real one in order to see the big differences. The faces are nice though. The back hair is bluish instead of black. Lot of sloppy paint too but overall for $20 I'm satisfied. I doubt the real one over 3x the price is 3x better. Doesn't feel like a grenade which is what I was concerned about.
