>>8120753The best of news!
>>8120735Give it a try!
>>8120758Just post your build here, linked to one of the two contest posts. I'll save it and keep track of it. If you win I'll repost your image and require you send another image of your MOC and an email so we can discuss how to get the prize.
That's mostly how I thought about proceeding, if anyone has better ideas I'm all ears.
>>8120776You make a fair point, I honestly did think about it but I consider that the chances of someone replicating your MOC and then attaching their contact info to that moc if that build ends up winning to be incredibly low.
Even so, I will take precautions and make sure this does not happen.
You can just as well send the email at the same time as your submission if you're so afraid someone will copy your build and steal your win.
>>8120837That's how I imagined it as well. I simply thought that that part of posting the email next to your build would apply only to the builds that won to save everyone the need to use a burner email.
If you want it can be submitted when you first post your build as well.
The only thing is after we've established some form of contact I will not be mailing Legos but sending you the actual prize in monetary form as I've discussed first time around.
Note: I initially wanted to keep the prizes physical – but with the situation being what it is, shipping is very difficult. Also, different people enjoy different things and I think each winner is better off getting something they like (or need in these times of crisis) than receiving something arbitrarily picked by me that might or might not be relevant to them.
>>8120869How exactly am I not holding responsibility and how do you think the system can be improved? Perhaps I haven't understood what you guys are saying.
PIcture is another example of what would be valid for submission.
