The first and second floor will be the Chinese restaurant while the third and beyond will be a rave nighclub. Sort of the Chinese goth scene. Not sure how I'll do it but it's keeping my mind occupied. This will fit nicely just down the street from my police station in my city.
The Chinese mafia will be running this joint and nightclub.
