I found an MOC online where someone used the pieces from this set to make another car. I'm buying a knockoff but just curious if its feasible to switch the builds now and again by taking it apart and rebuilding

Anyone got any thoughts on the Lego technic Ferrari 42125 Vs Lego technic Porsche 42096?

Going to buy a knock-off of one but can't decide which. I like the Porsche but I already have some real white Lego sets. Maybe the red would make a nice change. Any suggestions? Anyone own one and can talk about things like build experience etc?
