>>11111233What do you mean? Between the feather impressions, the quill knobs on the bones of dromaesaurs, and the intact Microraptor tail, it's confirmed that raptors, at least, were indeed feathered.
That's not saying ALL dinosaurs were, though - we have skin impressions from T-Rex, a bunch of ceratopsians, some Hadrosaurus, and even an almost perfectly preserved upper torso of a Borealopelta with it's skin still on that shows that most dinosaurs were indeed scaly - it's literally only the ones that evolved into birds that developed feathers.
