>>10618068Beyblade is basically a jazzed-up version of the Japanese spinning top game, "Beigoma". You could also say it's a jazzed-up version of the old "Battling Tops" board game. The goal is simply to have your top be the last one in the stadium spinning. There are three ways to win.
>Spin Finish/Sleep Out: Be the last one spinning.>Over Finish/Stadium Out: Knock your opponent out of the stadium.>Burst Finish/Crash Out: Break your opponent to pieces.Beyblade X introduced a new win condition called "Xtreme Finish", which is just an Over Finish with a twist. Each of these win conditions is worth a different set of points, depending on the format. Now, what separates Beyblade from Battling Tops is the fact that the tops themselves are extremely modular and come with all sorts of interchangeable parts that the player can use to maximize their chance at achieving said win conditions.
