If you are uncertain, open up the box with them and see for yourself - the set you pictured for example, has nearly no sharp edges. You'd have to try really hard to have any of that be dangerous.
Even the large parts such as door edges or the tops of bricks are relatively rounded off. Anything that looks deliciously chewable is rounder and made of softer plastic that is harder to take chunks off of. Try it for yourself if you are worried!
