I'm also in the market for a Chunners, but I'm not as picky about asses as OP is. Based on your pics, it looks like the Storm version is better, but I'm not sure the $70 vs. $40 price difference is justified. There's also the question of QC and fragility, which you can't judge on pics alone. Which one is more in line with other 1/12 scale figures?
