How exactly would I go about accomplishing these? I've been thinking using putty for the seam, and wax for increasing the size of the windscreen.
I still have no idea how to do the different opening mechanism. I tried my hobbyknife on some clear plastic runner leftovers and I simply can't cut clean enough or without damaging to achieve what I need. Is there any other way?
