The TRUE and HONEST holy grail toys would be those extremely limited run transformers figures that would appear in japanese childrens magazines as campaign prizes. Most of them were basically golden and chromed out version of mass released toys but there's a handful of figures that had their own unique paint schemes, albeit most of them were ugly.
There was a cybertron optimus prime painted in this ugly ass crayon paint scheme offered as a camapign prize and only 1 in exists. The only image we have is the one from the magazine and no one has seen it since.
