It has been 62 years since Barbie's release. That's 22,630 days, which is 543,120 total hours. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week would be 129,314 hours. This means you would need 7,733 people each coming up with an new outfit every hour of every workday... for 62 years straight.
Somehow I'm guessing her wardrobe is more in the neighborhood of tens of thousands of outfits than a billion.
