>>9323014If you change your mind and decide to make one for yourself I used 4 Playmates Mechagodzilla's, hobby base barbell-style ball joints, 2 HG Freedom Gundam kits, and the Ghidorah bone gashapon kit.
>>9323014>I suspect that if the thicker necks parts on the robot heads were replaced by the ones on the tail the skeleton neck and head would no longer look that thin. I thought about using the thinner parts of the tail but, beyond the issue with finding more Mechagodzillas (I got lucky and snagged all of my Mechas at Walmart cause I refused to buy from scalpers), there's also the issue that the thinner parts of the tail while looking more in line with the bones are too small for the mecha's head. Plus, the smaller ball joints I would need if I was using the thinner parts of the tail just aren't strong enough to hold up the weight of a fully articulated neck.
>>9324433>Are the SHMA usually worth the price? At MSRP? Yeah, with the exception of a few particularly overpriced figures like the Mothra & Rodan KOTM set, the first Shin, and KOTM King Ghidorah.
>Final Wars GiganI've got him on pre-order he looks pretty good
>Godzilla Ultima(te thighs)Pre-ordered him as well, he's gonna be a shelf hog, but he looks really great.
>BiollanteShe's amazing. I have the SCV and I love her. She's like a mini XPlus. Well worth the price
>GvB GodzillaI've got BioGoji on pre-order. His teeth look like they are subject to QA problems, but they managed to not screw up his eyes, and everything else looks great.
>Godzilla 2002 I would strongly advise against buying him and just waiting a couple of years to get the SOS version when they inevitably release him
>Space Godzilla>Destroyah I would love both of these, but even as someone who dropped 300 on Biollante I can't bring myself to spend the 500+ on either of them. I can't really recommend spending that on them.
I really can't justify spending aftermarket prices on most SHMA figures.
