On the upside, it does seem there's the beginnings of a turnover. We're seeing the closest thing to Batman fatigue in over 30 years, and DC's finally letting other characters shine (with varying results, but still) in addition to making headway with Superman projects.
If things fall into place, Superman's definitely going to get his due.
