>>10195144That art was created after GW brought the artwork much more in line with the models. It used to be that the art was loosely inspired by the models but a lot of creative liberty was taken, hence why proportions on space marine artwork varies tremendously (see pic related). Nowadays the art is far more "on model" to the miniatures. Because the minis have always come first.
