Ralph is taller and has a moving head which can close the mouth at the same time. If you get it just right it will stay with the enck up and the mouth closed, but default is head down and mouth open. The front two legs move well and the paws can pose a big, the back legs rotate but back paws do not. The tail moves up and down a bit.
Ralph makes a good mount for my 6" guys.
Again, good for $14.99. I'm not really into it for the Corps guys and bus accessory. The similarly sized George I didn't buy, he looked very small compared to these two.
