Last little assembly done, and now it's ready for painting. I always dread PE like this, but a little annealing and the provided form made it easy. There's also a plastic option, but it's so offset with so much flash that this was probably less time consuming. The grill dry fits securely in there, will paint with it on and then remove to put the glass in.
