https://youtu.be/jsQiyDxXv8w>>10250712I ended up cutting the stock hose off and replacing with a standard 3/4" split loom. Getting the stock hose off was a much bigger bitch than it needed to be, especially at the wand end, though your mileage may vary. Mine was really glued on there and took a lot of aggravation to get it free, but it was totally worth it. The new hose is much more flexible, and because it isn't so rigid it alliviates the connection to the pack getting shifted around enough to cause the pack to power off from movement of the hose. I'll be making many more mods to this pack over time.
