I feel the gasha should be allowed in general simply because of the wide variety they have ad even the ones that arent articulated are still more playable then the big fragile statues that you just have sit somewhere. When it comes to unarticulated figures/statues I think this rule should be applicable, 'if a kid can bash them together while making roaring noises and it doesn't break then it is a toy.'
