>>8209979The Bohrok colour schemes blew my stupid kid mind. Up to that point I was used to things having either similar hues (like for example Tahu's red and orange) or neutral secondary colours (like the black & tan Onu-matoran). Then came the Bohrok with their nicely contrasting red & light blue, green & orange, brown & green etc. And instead of having big masks that levitated some distance from their faces, they had small ones that fit snuggly on the toa. This is something I liked about the Glatorian too. Masks had gotten stupid big at that point. I didn't like the Bohrok shape itself at first but later they grew on me when I saw the 40k Dreadnoughts and Giger's work.
