Personally, i treat all complaints as a grain of truth, because that's literally how QC works. There's tens of thousands to millions of toys being produced and a couple of people complaining means shit in the long term.
It's why i prefer making my purchases in person, to see with my own eyes if there are any problems.
/toy/ used to be good with people telling others about their purchases, but its increasingly become contentious and exaggerated. So you have people here taking 2 or 3 examples and saying it applies to the whole or calling someone a troll for talking about flaws in their own toys.
