>>9180901>>9181114Honestly, I think it's mainly just that Magnus and Galvatron had amazing fights in the old UK comics (which itself was probably a consequence of the fact they were both advertised in Europe as the new leaders, presumably to keep the "surprise" of Hot Rod becoming Rodimus Prime at the end of the movie a secret). If it weren't for that, I doubt anyone would really focus on them having much of a rivalry today.
