They're notoriously bad at completing small casts. So for, say, Firestar, there's no difference between waiting for Bandai and writing a letter to the Great Pumpkin.
Plus I've been collecting Legends since before Marvel imports were a thing so I already have sunk costs. At the rate Hasbro churns these out, my list doesn't look like such a lost cause.
I don't begrudge anybody their imports.
