Indeed, it is not great. I mostly hate how bad the scaling is. Like they couldn't have tried a little bit harder? Even the vintage figures had larger bad guys.

But yes, these are Battle Pack 2-packs with a build-a-diorama. Each figure has battle damaged deco.
