On a quality aspect, paints are fine and the sculpt is okay. To get really technical; the nose position and the eye line doesn't match perfectly as that never changes on human faces, but it's not the end of the world.
Only real flaws by design is the weak peg holding in the face plate, and the 2 face expressions being too similar. Faces themselves are fine.
