I don't really see anything they could reuse from Morrigan though? Despite them sharing the same base sprite ingame, Lilith looks much different from Morrigan in the promo artwork. She's much shorter and has a more boyish, slender figure, so even the limbs can't be reused. Possibly the only usable thing might be the wings, and that's not a strong reason to create a whole new body mold from scratch.
