>>9698820The aren't statues, they are Mini Nobus. They're enemies that appear in the Gudaguda events centered around Nobunaga, Okita and other japanese historical figures. Both characters (known back then as Demon Archer and Sakura Saber) debuted in a parody manga in Koha-Ace's magazine, and they were drawn in that style (I think Okita was first designed by Takeuchi, but whatever). So the mini Nobus are just a reference to their Koha-Ace origins.
