McFarlane is probably holding off from including more accessories into his figures because the line is still new and he doesn't want to go broke if the line doesn't sell. This is also why he's charging more for the BAF line.
So it's cheaper just to mold the gun into the body than offering it as a seperate piece.
You have to remember that the DC line costs more to license, so he could do more accessories for lines like Call of Duty or the Bloodshot figure (also had working holsters) because they cost less.
The Bloodshot figure has quite a few accessories too. 2 pistols, 1 rifle, and a knife. And he's 1:10 scale, so if you want more weapons for your Deathstroke, it's a good figure to get.
